INSPIRATION: Ariana Grande

Hello readers!
Todays post will be about the amazing gorgeous Ariana Grande! Everytime i see her she looks amazing and lovely and really girly and really sweet. << Bit to many and's haha.  Anyway she seems to wear a lot of skater skirt type dresses and cute crop tops. I always see her wearing a lot of pastel colours and also a few bold colours.

This is the outfit inspired by: Ariana Grande.
I could definitely see Ariana in this outfit, its so cute and girly!
Although it is a pretty expensive outfit and I'm sure you could fine lovely alternatives in other places if its not in your price range.

Love,
Katie xx

Black & White Nail Tutorial

Hi everyone :)
Havent posted in a while but i'm back :)

Another nail tutorial for you guys. I have two planned but as im so stupid i always forget to take pictures while im doing it.

anyway this is the end result:

You will need:
Silver nail tape,
Black nail varnish,
White nail varnish,
Nail dotter / a hair grip (Bobby Pin)

This nail design is super easy.

Step 1: Paint a stripe of white over each nail and do two or three layers. Only cover the first third.
Step 2: Either get a nail dotter or a hair grip or something with a sphere end.
Step 3: (Nail Dotter): cover the end of the dotter with black nail varnish and paint around five dots on each nail.
Step 3: (Hair Grip): Bend apart the two ends and cover the end ball shaped bit with black nail varnish. Paint around five dots on each nail.
Step 4: Measure the nail tape over the end of each stripe and then cut it.

Follow the picture if your stuck xx

January Favourites

Hi everyone,
Second post of the day here. I'm doing a january favourites blog! :D
It's a bit late I know, but since I only made this blog three days ago i'm going to give it a go.

1) Kingdom Hearts 385/2 Days DS.
Oh my gosh. This has to be my best DS game by far. I haven't actually played on my DS for ages but when I heard about this game I decided to give it a shot. I don't think they sell this in many stores anymore but I got it off eBay for £5 thinking it wouldn't be too good.  Well I was wrong. I really love this game even though it is so random with the whole Disney thing in it. I really recommend this game, it has something for everyone.

2) Lush Snow Globe Soap.
I got this soap for christmas and it smells SO GOOD. I havent actually got round to using it yet but every time I open the box it's in it fills the room with it's strong smell. This is really lovely but I don't think they still sell it anymore because it was part of the christmas range. But if they still sell it in the lush near you go out and buy it! :D

3) Jack Wills Navy Gilet
I got this gilet in the sale for £40 down from £98 which I was pretty proud of. I think this gilet was in the spring range because it is a different design to the winter one. I'm wearing this a lot because it is so warm and cosy for them cold harsh winter days! I also love all the pockets it has which makes it really handy and gives me less need to bring a bag. I wouldn't say it is £98 worthy but definitely £40. If they still sell it, go out and buy it. It'll keep you warm for the rest of winter and will be very nice in spring too!

4) Shopaholic Book Series
Wow, these books are amazing. I have read all six of them and seen the film for the first one. They are really well written, hilarious and they all have great story lines. You can get these books from most book stores and you can get them on kindle. If you like reading I really recommend these books!

5) Pitch Perfect
When I went to see this film and I didn't really know what to expect as I didn't really understand the trailer but it was really good. My friends and I were in hysterics and we all really liked it. If it's still in cinemas (I think it is) I really recommend you go and see it. It has a really good story line, it's funny and is just a feel good film :)

6) Lush Shower Jelly (Woosh)
Hehe, I got this for christmas as well and it is the weirdest thing ever. Its basically a tub of nice smelling jelly that your meant to rub on your body. I was really hesitant using this at first because I was just like what the hell but its actually really nice. This turns into soap when you put it under water so it's basically shower gel in jelly form. I do really like this but the only bad thing I would say about it is that it is really hard to get out of the tub and you end up dropping most of it because it's so slippy.

7) Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo
Bit of a weird number to end on but at number seven is Dairy Milk Oreo :D This is the tastiest chocolate ever! I mean its chocolate with Oreo inside! I really love this, it is so nice and I really recommend it.

Thats it for now, hope you liked my January Favourites! =^.^=

Striped Nail Tutorial :)

Hi everyone today i'm bringing you guys a nail tutorial!

You will need:
One colour of nail tape,
3 colours of different nail polish.
Base & Top coat (optional)

Step 1: Paint all of your nails with your base coat.
Step 2: Paint the bottoms of all your nails one colour.
Step 3: Paint a stripe of nail polish above the first one.
Step 4: Then paint a final third stripe above the second. It doesn't matter if the stripes are messy because the nail tape should cover the edges.
Step 5: Place the nail tape where each stripe of polish starts (apart from the bottom) and then cut.
Step 6: Paint all your nails with your top coat to seal in your design.

Finished!

Sorry theres no pictures but just try to follow the instructions the best you can. I'm sure your nails will be beautiful!

Tell me how your nails came out,
Katie x
